Desire - Wednesday Evening Service | Open Arms Ministries Church What does it truly mean to desire more of God? Is your heart hungry for His presence, His Word, and His purpose for your life? In this powerful Christian sermon, discover how a genuine desire for God can transform your spiritual journey. Through biblical teachings and powerful illustrations, this message explains the connection between desire, seeking, hunger, pursuit, and obtaining the things God has prepared for those who love Him. Drawing from Psalm 27:4, Jeremiah 29:13, Matthew 5:6, Philippians 3:14, and Hebrews 11:6, this message challenges believers to develop a deeper hunger for God's presence and actively pursue His purpose. You'll discover: Why spiritual growth begins with a genuine desire for God. How to develop a deeper hunger for His Word and presence. Why seeking and pursuing God require commitment and action. How God works within us to shape our desires and purpose. The importance of gratitude, faith, and spiritual growth. The three levels of anointing: within, upon, and global. Why God's plans for your future are greater than your past. Remember, God has placed a purpose on your life. Don't settle for simply going through the motions of Christianity. Develop an appetite for His Word, seek His presence, and allow Him to transform your heart. "Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me." — Psalm 51:10 Your spiritual journey begins with one important question: What do you truly desire? 🙏 May this message inspire you to seek God more deeply and pursue everything He has prepared for your life. 💬 What is your greatest desire in your walk with God?
